Tanium gives us a comprehensive overview of assets in our Estate. It has also helped us identity vulnerability on all of our endpoints and to check our compliance levels with the benchmarks that we use. The ease and scale at which we are able to do this makes it a very efficient tool for us.

Tanium as a platform for Vulnerability Management. The core features of have depth, however, the structure of certain modules for VA and Patching is not straight forward, requiring different licensing or modules that are typically available for other solutions in the market that offer VA and Patch. Another challenge we have encountered is the support model.  Customers cannot connect directly to Tanium, they have to go through the distributor to raise or escalate issues. This creates extra steps in the process and can slow down the resolution.
