Overall, we ha a good experience with Tufin. There are still some areas that require improvement (Such as Gui enhancements and certain functions), but in general, the platform is very helpful, especially when compliance is involved. Tufin allows us to gain better visibility into our network and understand what is happening based on our configurations, suck risky ports and usage.

One of the aspects we appreciate the most is the fast response when we encounter issues with the platform. Incidentes were handled very quickly, and the TAC team is always professional in their work. Another point worth mentioning is their patience at all times, especially considering that English is not our native lange and we are continously improving in each session.

My favorite parts about the product include: -Map: shows how traffic flows from one IP to another IP. This visualization outlines the complex networking that takes place for various rules/systems. -Analytics: Risky serivces, over-shadowed rules, unused objects and more. Showcases where cleanup and additional organization can take place. -SecureChange: Automate FW rule changes directly from the Tufin Platform.

There are several issues we have encountered during our experience with Tufin, particularly related to CPU performance in our EC2 instances. This was a major headache at the time; however, the TAC team eventually helped us improve the platform's performance. Currently, we still experience some CPU performance issues, but they are not critical and do not affect the overral funcionality of the platform.

Not having support with Palo Alto Networks Strata SSO configuration management was complex to be configured Upgrades procedures were not so clear

They removed the Map feature from our product after 6 months. It is now bundled into the SecureChange product that we currently aren't licensed for. This was my favorite feature of Tufin, but I've survived without it.

I enjoy Tufin as it highlights the nuances involved with creating micro segmentation in a Corporate Network. It provides helpful analytics to drive risk-based conversations between zones, environments, and risky services and rules. This product allowed our organization to have additional visibility in terms of analytics to prioritize security issues.
