Persönlicher Umgang und Hilfsbereitschaft sind super. Allerdings empfinden wir die Organisation drumherum (viele einzelne BUs) und einige Abläufe (nach dem Projekt-Roll-out) als eher kompliziert und intransparent. Die von uns eingesetzte Version 8 läuft sehr stabil, ist aber nicht releasefähig und wird im Standard nicht erweitert.

The personal interaction and helpfulness are excellent. However, we find the surrounding organization (many individual business units) and some processes (after the project rollout) rather complicated and opaque. Version 8, which we are using, runs very stably, but is not release-ready and will not be extended in the standard version.

Grundsätzlich sind wir zufrieden mit den Funktionalitäten und der Funktionsweise des LFS. Die Software ist aktuell in der Version 7, als auch in der Version 8 in unserem Unternehmen im Einsatz. Für mittlere bis große Läger ist die Software optimal. Mittlerweile haben wir ein eigenes Team aufgebaut, das sich sehr gut mit dem System auskennt und selbst große und automatisierte Läger mit > 1,25 Mio. Paketen pro Monat mit wenig Support durch EPG implementiert. Hauptkritikpunkt ist die fehlende Möglichkeit als Kunde selbstständig das LFS zu erweitern. Anpassungen, die über das Customizing hinausgehen, müssen kostenpflichtig durch EPG umgesetzt werden.

Overall, we are satisfied with the functionalities and operation of LFS. We currently use version 7 and version 8 of the software in our company. It is ideal for medium to large warehouses. We have since built our own team that is very familiar with the system and has successfully implemented even large, automated warehouses handling over 1.25 million packages per month with minimal support from EPG. Our main criticism is the lack of an option for customers to independently extend LFS. Any modifications beyond basic customization must be implemented by EPG at an additional cost.
