Higher order volumes managed smoothly, but custom reports remain difficult

I like most about the SHIPSY warehouse management system is that the featrure like wave picking, batch processing and real-time updates on order status have allowed us to manage higher daily order volumes without needing to hire more people, especially during peak periods and seasonal increases.

Reports and Analytics arent customisable and existing one dont serve the purpose. only excel download option is available. Integrations have been very challenging as many APIs didnt/dont exist
