The ability to collect qualitative insights from real users without performing lengthy research studies is the best part about UserTesting. It becomes very useful in the early days of product/journey development or design validation, where UX/Design Teams can launch tests and receive feedback in a short span of time. Watching recorded sessions of users interacting with a feature or going through a journey and hearing them explain their thought process unlocks valuable insights that analytics would never be able to provide.

1. Even though the panel of testers is huge, there are a lot of people who answer screeners dishonestly, which sometimes makes unmoderated studies really frustrating 2. With a lot of features, come a lot of bugs. Sometimes they are small, other times they are big; sometimes we can work with them, other times they are a big roadblock; sometimes they are quickly fixed, other are still there since a long time. You get my point.. you will have to deal with bugs here and there most of the time 3. The 'my recruit' experience is terrible for customers to the point where I can't use it at all
