Easy assistance, product authority (which allows you to find many tutorials and how-tos online for every need, in addition to those provided by the brand), usability that makes for a very easy-to-use product.

What I dislike about WordPress is that sometimes the plugins are very costly and also the updates and plugins management is a bit tiring. I have seen that any updates or configuring multiple plugins will lead to unexpected issues. I also feel that dealing with security and backups is challenging without extra help and paid tools.
