I love ADP Workforce Manager as the ramp up time is relatively short to stand up our subsidiary in US. It also has a robust T&A system to manage complex union agreement, pay rules and our leave plan. Our employees also move the mobile app for logging hours and applying for leave.

The platform can feel quite clunky and harder to navigate than it should be. Creating customized reports can be difficult. Customer service response times can often be slower than ideal.
