My experience with Rippling has been positive. I think the platform stands out for its intuitive design and good modular organization, allowing seamless navigation across different functionalities.
I think it is very centralized: I can have the full overview of team member life into the company. It's easy, I can see performance reviews, absences, PTO, old evaluations, etc.
