Before performing any operation on the platform, I specifically asked if the entirety of the transaction is invoiced, which has been confirmed by the XOXO account manager. Not only did it take 3-5 tries to issue a proper invoice in EUROs and not Rupees, but to my surprise not the entire sum has been invoice. The third-party payment commission hasn't been included. To that, the XOXO account manager sent me to deal with a third-party payment platform (where the customer support isn't responding very well), but just plain stopped answering my emails. Now my employer is facing a potentially dangerous situation during our next financial audit. I wouldn't recommend this platform to any business that cares about their finance.
