The service is very well; however we face from time to some some issues with product; also when we changed to the new environment, the new dashboard for company profiles looks very crowded and is not so user-friendly; there is a lot of scrolling and clicking in different parts of the company profile to get the full picture which can be confusing; we also receive still a lot of immaterial hits; but this is something where Exiger is very helpful with to streamline their product to the respective needs to minimize the "noise".
