1. Very intuitive and user-friendly interface 2. Customizable solution 3. Very easy to link batches in a production process, manage stability studies and stability data, set specifications, approval- workflow, and export data.

The platform is very flexible, the developers are available and helpful, the interface is intuitive and easy to use.

With BioIT we were able to modify the 1Platform4 LIMS system to align with our services and testing protocols so we know where every project, study and sample is each step of the way. Simple to use, and powerful in terms of managing operations and reporting.

The exported data is in a raw format and it can take a long time to generate reports

The speed of queries can be slow with large data sets. Side effects of system updates that result in errors or unforeseen impacts. Tracking and testing of feature requests and implementations (no different than any custom software!)

Two things that I can think of that can be improved is making it easier to configure on our own and also having it integrate into other applications .
