Extensive customization and AI integration, but interface needs improvement
I love Odoo because it is extremely customizable to meet a wide variety of my organization's needs and case management. Not only have we been able to capture customer issues and automate customer responses, but we have been able to integrate with Open AI and our lead to conversion pipeline which uses the helpdesk, CRM and our modified mortgage modules has been an excellent digital experience for our Customer Support team to work with.
