Highly qualified staff and quick search for new employees. The outstaffed guys have high technical expertise and are well-versed in the latest technologies.
I enjoy their communication and their flexibility to our fast-pace releases we have in place. They are always very understandings and increase our test coverage immensely.
Honestly, very little. I don't have a specific gripe or complaint that comes back to being their fault. My largest complaint is that I simply don't have enough of them and I need to expand my team to cover the rapid growth of our core product.
