FBA has been a strong operational backbone for our business' growth. The fees are broadly in line with other fulfilment providers, but the difference is that Amazon bundles storage, picking, packing, delivery, customer service and returns handling into one ecosystem. This integrated model delivers very real value. The Seller Central interface and reporting tools make it relatively straightforward to manage inventory, track performance and monitor returns at scale. The tech is mature and reliable, even if it's not always intuitive. We do occasionally deal with returns coming back damaged and hence unsaleable, which impacts margin, but overall the efficiency, infrastructure and built-in customer support outweigh that friction.

Overall experience has been technically smooth but regionally limited. From an Indian standpoint, the biggest gap is localization. Limited warehouse presence in india and dependency on cross border fulfillment can increase timelines and cost-effective solutions.Support is available and responsive but largely US-time zone. Flexibility in customisation is there for standard d2c brands, but if you need advanced warehousing logic or delivery optimization, it feels slightly restrictive. It's technically stable, easy to manage, strong integration, but for India it may not be the most optimized solution yet.

It's been a solid experience for scaling our D2C reach. The regional warehouse significantly lowered our shipping costs and transit times, though the support response and billing accuracy require constant internal monitoring.

My experience with DCL Logistics has been quite positive, we can say overall good. The platform is easy to use and can manage all the logistics and operations smoothly. The process flow is very well structured, which makes day to day tasks very efficient and more effective. However, there are occasional delays in updates and tracking, which can be improved. But overall, it has helped streamline operations and reduce manual effort.

Excellent Customer service. Very good at preventing shrink and is great for high value products. It's a bit on the pricey side but overall a sound investment.
