Readily available components for extract, transform and load. Control centre helps us schedule and monitor jobs easily. Technical repository is easy to manage and manitain.

Complexity in set up and configuration, limited out-of-box rules, performance overhead, limited visualization.

Even though there are readily available training materials, I believe there is room for improvement in the said area. For example, we have current users which find the Tool's Interface difficult to grasp, henceforth, the learning curve is steeper. And a lack of wider community with required knowledge to help solve common problems is not easily accesible, therefore, we have a heavy reliance on the Vendor Support Team.
