Accurate and the support we get from the team allows us to build custom reports depending on the needs of our business, this is a great feature as it lets us measure what is important to our company. We find it very useful that we are able to easily set up accounts and build feeders as our business grows. The team at Trintech has been very helpful and the training available from the team allows us to continue learning and growing our employees knowledge base.
Accurate can be used on multiple platforms with a large number of generic customizations.
We have some issues with product lag at times but this is due to our system and server restraints. We would love to be more involved with bringing forward ideas for future updates and upgrades of Accurate.
