The product that we went with was easy to set up and intuitive to implement. It is also extremely well documented and very modular, with comprehensive API functionality and multiple integrations available out of the box. Additionally, it is designed in a way that gives strong resiliency against network conditions and is easy to scale to our needs.

I liked how the services team was professional, well versed in the product, and accountable for a successful delivery.

Flexibility, attention to detail and the level of expertise.

The product selected seems to be a little bit difficult to troubleshoot as an end user. Additionally, it does not come as a deployable VM appliance, but rather as an application that is then installed on a supported Linux distribution. The option to deploy it as an appliance could help remove some of the difficulty introduced by that.

The platform provides solid functionality, though the user interface could be more intuitive. While overall performance meets expectations, there are occasional slowdowns during peak usage. The support team is responsive, but documentation could be more comprehensive.
