The software was easy to implement, required no maintenance and it always worked when I needed to review activity.
They are good at tracking events with screenshots and detecting tracking avoidance such as mouse clickers.
Seems to segment usage very well, and reduces a lot of manual labor in categorization, etc.
There really were no issues along the way, the only thing that slowed me down was learning how to sort through all the data that the software provided but after you learn to filter, no problems.
You essentially need a dedicated person to actively maintain and babysit the service to keep definitions accurate, fix agents that constantly drop off from contacting the service or not updating, and organize it properly as it's difficult to keep track of active users and those that are no longer with the company as you continue to get billed for the agent licenses (which you can only downsize once a year on renewal). As new features were developed and added, those were put behind another paywall, requiring them to be purchased separately rather than included with the current plans, further increasing the price for full functionality. They offer a simple dashboard process to increase your licenses at any time, but in order to reduce licenses back down to your current needs you're trapped for the remainder of your yearly subscription, then the process gets ridiculous with fine print and their MSA to try and prevent cancellations. I've dealt with worse companies on this front, but they're definitely in the top 10 for shady cancellation processes designed on purpose to lock customers in.
Still a lot of false signals, requires manual adjustments that I would think would be baked in by now.
