The tool has been a learning curve for our organization. There are some delays in the syncing of reports.
The learning curve which is involved is what I dislike the most and also the cost of the solution is very high which is not affordable for everyone.
Not much to dislike.The only thing would be that the learning curve could be a bit steep for people from non tech backgrounds.Overall things are great.
