Suggestions for Agora: Anticipate Future Market and Improve Marketing
As a reseller of Agora, I feel that the quality of the product, such as low latency and stability, is excellent. The support has also improved wonderfully since rep's arrival. I think it would be good if we could understand customer issues and market more closely each other in business planning. New features, including third party products, should also have support system in place.
