It is able to simulate high-level realistic user experience. It provides real-time analysis, so we can test in different scenarios. It is cloud based it can easily scale as per demand. It is an automated process, so it saves a lot of time and increases our revenue.

One of the standout Features is its ability to simulate geographically distributed user traffic, enabling us to evaluate how our applications perform under different network conditions and loads.

The customer support team takes a couple of days to resolve the ticket. The documentation can be up to date and have all the advanced and new features we have. These are minor issues and nothing major dislike about Akamai CloudTest.
