Knowledgeable and responsive support team.
The interface of the Alert Logic MDR platform is easy to understand and use. It has industry recognized basic use cases and some complex use cases configured that can be used natively.
The ease of deployment and management is a perfect fit for our environment. Plus the low resource footprint on our endpoints is a huge improvement over our old, traditional Endpoint Protection solution.
User interface is not very intuitive.
The Alert Logic MDR platform doesn't offer the complex use cases required for threat detection and response. The integration capabilities need improvement. There isn't much support for legacy infrastructure and systems. Alert Logic will have to improve these capabilities if they are to offer stiff competition to other MDR players that are already quite established in the market.
Barkly is a simple and easy to deploy/manage product. Along with the simplicity, is a lack of reporting and advanced EDR functionality. That being said, it's not a major concern for us, as we don't have the staff to manage a more advanced system.

Alert Logic MDR Solution's Technical Depth Ideal for Small and Mid-sized Firms
Good Alert Logic MDR solution with the required technical depth suited for small and mid-sized businesses. However, the quality of technical support has nosedived a lot in the past 3-4 years. - Security Operations Engineer50M-1B USDHealthcare and BiotechReview Source

Gets You Where You Need To Go
This is a service that does what you need it to, but it takes some fighting to get it there. Keep a close eye on it to make sure all goes well. - Director, Information Security<50M USDIT ServicesReview Source
Solid WAF product. Support team was very helpful during deployment.
PRO: The Alert Logic WSM works very well for blocking web attacks (sql injection, xss...etc). The dashboard view provides a quick insight into traffic and attack patterns. There are multiple configurations in which to specify how to handle policy violations, set up proxy routing and load balancing. The support team is very knowledgeable and responsive. CON: The interface is sometimes not intuitive and can be clunky. The WAF does not scan file upload attachments for malware. - Technology Lead1B-10B USDSoftwareReview Source
Difficult to Fine Tune the profiles and Debug Issues
We are using Alert logic product since 4 years and had multiple challenges - 1. Not good Support 2. Limitation with the product 3. Profile based configuration hence impacting all the websites present under same profile. 4. Doesn't support DDoS Support 5. Taking more time to fine tune the profiles 6. Not giving solution for issues blocked in WAF 7. No latest patch available
