When I came in, this system was already in place and running. The previous management had not kept up with the SSA and the software was out of date, although the system was still functioning properly. One call to Guard RFID and their team had a new SSA in place. They got our software updated, reviewed our system, identified some areas of concern and got the system back to 100%. Any questions or concerns I have with the system are answered within 10-15 minutes. Tech support is fantastic.
