It can feel a bit clunky at times, but that is how a lot of products are these days. It gets the job done at the end of the day though.

The dashboards provide only high-level summaries, lacking deeper insights Employee participation was lower than expected, and there aren't enough integrations to encourage ongoing usage It doesn't connect seamlessly with HRIS or collaboration tools

The terminology used throughout the platform with the word whistleblower was very off-putting for our CEO. He refused to use the product due to this.
