Amazon Web Services (AWS), established in 2006, is focused on providing essential infrastructure services to businesses globally in the form of cloud computing. The key advantage offered through cloud computing, particularly via AWS, is its capacity to shift fixed infrastructure expenses into flexible costs. What I really appreciate is the scalability that a giant like Amazon can offer, the low latency, the infrastructure management by Amazon, which is therefore fully managed, and finally the integration with the AWS ecosystem.
It is having seamless integration with other all services. I find the ease of use to be a significant advantage. The product's scalability and flexibility are highly commendable. It simplifies our workflow by seamlessly connect with services like Lambda and Amazon S3 etc..
Real-time analytics for instant insights with Apache Flink or SQL. Additionally, it provides smooth connectivity with AWS services like redshifts, s3, and kinesis streams
Some things I didn't fully appreciate are that, since it's AWS, integration with other systems won't be as clean as with integration with an AWS ecosystem product. The costs can be significant for large volumes of data, and sometimes in advanced cases, things can become really complicated. However, everything remains an excellent service.
The pricing structure is huge compared to other platform. Providing more transparent cost monitoring tools would be beneficial. It requires careful monitoring of usage to avoid unexpected expenses.
