It is totally managed by AWS and its scalability, patching and monitoring is a plus point for new users. As it is under the AWS umbrella, managing the security is quite easy to keep the application safe. Deployment is very easy because of the managed state of the service. Otherwise, setting up a self-hosted platform can lead to multiple issues, which we didn't want to face.
