I've been using Amazon QuickSight for building dashboards and visualizing data from different sources within AWS. Overall, it's been a solid business intelligence tool, especially if most of your infrastructure is already on AWS Cloud. The biggest advantage is how easily it connects with AWS services. Once the data pipeline is ready, creating dashboards and sharing them with teams becomes fairly straightforward.
It might not be as flashy as some other BI tools, but it gets the job done. For teams that already use AWS heavily, it fits naturally into the workflow without needing to bring in a completely separate analytics platform.

Being able to ask questions in plain language and quickly get dashboards or summaries has significantly reduced our turn around time for analysis. Since most of our data stack is already in AWS, the integration felt seamless and easy to get started with. That said, as we moved into more advanced use cases, we did run into some UI inconsistencies and limitations with more complex modelling which can slow things down at times.

Good AWS-native BI tool with strong integrations but limited customisation
My overall experience with Amazon QuickSight has been good especially when we are already using AWS services. It integrates well with AWS data sources and makes it relatively easy to build dashboards once datasets are setup. SPICE helps with performance for large datasets which is useful for day to day reporting.
