Some standout features of AnalyticsCreator are a. Significantly reduce development time b. Automates code generation and supports full lifecycle. c. Supports different modeling styles such as relational, dimensional, etc.
Super reliable and we enjoyed the low-code interface. The drag and drop options were a breath of fresh air for those without a deep tech background.
Some challenges using complex custom logic outside of the low-code interface. Large licensing costs made it difficult to justify ROI case. Initial platform specific features had a learning curve for full performance utilization.
Main issues are a. Heavily optimized for Microsoft tech b. Non-trivial learning curve for people new to data warehousing. c. More advanced analytics features are somewhat limited.
As we integrated fully we noticed that processing times started to lag a bit.
