The APEX storage solution was flexible in sizing and performance for our needs, and ensured that most maintenance and performance related tasks were handled by support personnel, saving time for our own admins.
The coordination of work planning still took a good amount of time, and the software was often left to run several versions behind, including to the point of being hit by an unlikely bug. Negotiating the resizing of our base capacity contract took longer than expected.
