When compared to other tools, Apex distinguished itself with prebuilt APIs, an intuitive user interface, and a strong user experience. The Apex team also keeps a close pulse on the industry landscape, continuously exploring and leveraging AI capabilities while enhancing risk tools to address today's evolving cyber threats. Over the past five years, we have also experienced a strong and collaborative partnership with the Apex team. We have shared ideas for improvement and have seen several of those recommendations implemented. Whenever we have questions, not only are the support team members and our program manager readily available, but the entire Apex team is also engaged, responsive, and willing to address our concerns. Apex is a great tool with a lot of capabilities, offering better user experience than most. We didn't use an implementation partner which presented challenges for us, including significant delays in the implementation, and there were unforeseen costs to customize Apex to fully meet our requirements. However we do believe Apex is one of the best tools out there, and it has definitely helped us in our payment fraud prevention journey offering a secure portal to maintain and validate payee data. We have not yet utilized the product to it's full potential having only gone live globally a couple of months ago.
