AT&T 5G Likes & Dislikes
Since we have been using AT&T 5G I have noticed faster data speeds and a much more stable/reliable connection when we use it. It has really helped our team members!
Honestly, I did not like anything about this service and would not recommend it to anyone. The only thing that I like about it is that AT&T will convert your VOIP Google Voice # to a real number which is useful for porting it to other platforms.
What I like most with AT&T 5G is that it is super fast where the network is up and excellent in places where the coverage is good. If I am in a strong signal zone, it gives remarkable download and upload speeds. For example, it will be smooth and enjoyable to stream HD videos, do online gaming, and video conferencing. Moreover, there is low latency, enhancing the experience even more by reducing lag in real-time applications. i also welcome the fact that AT&T is trying to extend its 5G infrastructure since it proves the company tries to be better with connectivity and service quality over time.
AT&T 5G has been great, I suppose the one negative is a price increase but its kind of a pay for what you get. We are getting better wireless service but paying more, a good trade off in my opinion.
The onboarding, setup, and payment process was massively difficult for pay as you go customers. It was not remotely self-service.
And with AT&T 5G, the worst that I can say is that it's inconsistent. for most of it, living in rural or suburban counties, this service may be superb inside major cities; however, in places with weak signals over 5G, I mostly find myself reverting to 4G. Additionally, this significantly drops in speed in places or instances of peak usage, thereby affecting my overall experience. I have also found that customer service is hit or miss. It will take a great deal of waiting and many contacts for any connectivity problems to be sorted out, or even any details about the plan.

The Trade-Off of AT&T 5G: Better Wireless Service at a Higher Cost
Our experience with AT&T 5G has been top notch. A sales person called us on a whim and he sold us. We switched to their service after a few meetings and have not regretted it! - Chief of Staff<50M USDSoftwareReview Source
Business Nightmare: Unpacking the Difficult Setup Process
Getting this set up for our business was an absolute nightmare. Took multiple phone calls, payment page was massively difficult to set up. - Data Scientist<50M USDSoftwareReview Source
Enjoying Lightning Fast Speeds but Facing Poor Rural Coverage with AT&T 5G
Overall, my experience with AT&T 5G has been-as is expected-frustrating and great all at once. Where the coverage is strong, on the one hand, it's an impressively fast network that greatly enhances browsing, streaming, and downloads. Low latency is especially nice for things like online gaming and video calls. The flipside of this, however, is spotty coverage in rural or less populated areas; as in, the connection sometimes popping to 4G, or even dropping altogether. There's great promise for at7t 5g, but overall, experience is going to vary depending on your locale. - SR ACCOUNT MANAGER50M-1B USDIT ServicesReview Source
Strong connectivity & high speed
I Appreciate AT&T 5G service for their fast speed and improved connectivity but cost can be a issue for users. But despite this issue, many find this worthwhile because of connectivity in urban areas. - SALESFORCE DEVELOPER<50M USDIT ServicesReview Source
