The software supports SSO and the base functionality allows us to receive the benefits we were mainly looking for, which is network devices status

Good support team

This is a lightweight product that displays much larger to the customer. And the pricing options make it possible to gain more benefits as you grow.

Some functionalities are limited behind further required payments which would be nice to have, like Advanced Server and Endpoint Monitoring which truly brings the product to the heights we were looking for

Just doesnt seem to offer a lot in terms of network visibility even once its fully configured with SNMP Credentials etc. It seems the only thing it can really offer an IT Department is to backup the firewall and restore config

If your monitoring requirements require a deep dive understanding of your environment, then this is not the product for you. But if you need visibility with a great range of standard services and need to watch your budget then this should truly be considered.
