Avigilon has a great user experience for managing, viewing and using camera feeds and also allows a wide selection of third party products to integrate with its VMS system. However, the cloud environment still needs some work. Cloud integrations are still a bit painful.

Avigilon previously OpenPath was an excellent product and had a lot of potential. Once the company merged with Avigilon it has lost a lot of it's flare and ability to improve. We have been unsuccessful getting assistance in resolving problems with the systems that we install. Tech support can take weeks to return calls and help our clients or our certified techs. We are being charged for systems that are offline due to an internal billing change that our rep never disclosed.
