The System is User Friendly, Installation is quick and easy, and the system is reasonably priced.

Exporting recorded video content to save for file review/usage. The export function seems cumbersome and not compatible in exporting for download.
Customer Support is non existent since the merge and can take a month for a response. Integrations with systems are breaking or non functional and it becomes a, he said, she said battle. Change of billing and financial options in the middle of a contract with no notification.
Very Expensive Have to upgrade every few years

Avigilon previously OpenPath was an excellent product and had a lot of potential. Once the company merged with Avigilon it has lost a lot of it's flare and ability to improve. We have been unsuccessful getting assistance in resolving problems with the systems that we install. Tech support can take weeks to return calls and help our clients or our certified techs.
