Axonius has been a one-stop solution for us from a compliance point of view. A wide range of adapters help us know the current state of compliance in real-time where we can compare what mandatory software's are missing from systems. Apart from compliance, the queries, dashboards and automation workflows also offer a great deal to the overall attack surface posture.

To be completely honest, I do see the benefit of having axonius, however with the overlap in tools that we have, it seems unnecessary

A few things, automation workflows that helps us trigger alerts as we want, powerful query that help us build dashboards for overall security posture and also the integration support for wide range of adapters.

the enforcement center for producing automated reports was pretty great. The customer service and TAMs were amazing.

Breadth of aggregation and quality of correlation provides unmatched insight into posture throughout our environment.

Customizing complex queries can take a bit to learn, it's not that user-friendly and has a decent learning curve.

it isn't really about the tool, it's more that there is overlap from other tools which render axonius redundant and unnecessary.

The UX can be clunky at times and we have struggled to spread adoption to other key stakeholders, largely because of this. There is a bit of a learning curve to get value out of the product. Additionally, Axonius charges many different SKUs to be able to see the same exact data in different formats, which can be frustrating/expensive.

This product has given great visibility across an impressive collection of asset classes across many different SaaS systems. Their breadth of system support is unmatched compared to any other aggregation products I have used. The support and feedback loop is also very helpful and it is clear that customer feedback is often converted into product enhancements.

Axonius provides an engineer who helps us during our cadence calls and also makes time for us outside of these scheduled meetings. Our engineer, always has time to help us troubleshoot any issues we may have with the console. Sometimes the console takes a long time to respond, but this may be due to where Axonius is hosted and not on their side.
