Initially, setup and onboarding had issues in regard to the API requirements, causing permission issues. There was back and forth with support as well as app admins to ensure that proper roles and scopes were assigned. The initial technical account manager would run late to cadence calls, causing delays and having newly assigned technical account managers.

Duplicate assets knowledge gap for proper implementation lack of specific data per asset

-inflexibility for dashboarding that something more custom would provide - a little slow at times - learning curve for external folks
