Highly secure and constantly updated with latest releases; easy to use user interface that end users can do to manage setups; can perform at extremely high volumes of throughput when tuned properly; extensible APIs available.
The vendor doesn't have a reliable and stable monitoring solution (Sentinel). We need to work with 3rd party solutions to read B2Bi logs and generate the dashboards and metrics that we need.
Not a lot to dislike...currently we are seeing increased slowness in the GUI following the recent upgrade to B2Bi but other than that we could not be happier with the product.
Tuning at times can be a challenge and need to work closely to make sure you have the best expert from the vendor to assist; upgrades can take some time to implement/test.
