Reliability of the product and very good responsiveness in terms of support.
Ease of use through the GUI from setting up new trading partners and pickup/delivery exchanges to monitoring production transmissions.
Highly secure and constantly updated with latest releases; easy to use user interface that end users can do to manage setups; can perform at extremely high volumes of throughput when tuned properly; extensible APIs available.
The vendor doesn't have a reliable and stable monitoring solution (Sentinel). We need to work with 3rd party solutions to read B2Bi logs and generate the dashboards and metrics that we need.
Not a lot to dislike...currently we are seeing increased slowness in the GUI following the recent upgrade to B2Bi but other than that we could not be happier with the product.
Tuning at times can be a challenge and need to work closely to make sure you have the best expert from the vendor to assist; upgrades can take some time to implement/test.

Axway has historically been very responsive to our organization's needs whether that has been assisting with production support issues or walking us through software and system upgrades. From interaction with our sales and account managers to late night calls with technical/support staff we have always been treated with prompt professional, patient, and informative assistance. Great Product And Interface - Make Sure You Invest Time Into Tuning Your Infrastructure
Our company uses Axway and their secure file gateway\B2Bi product and mostly for file transfers within our IBM Sterling platform. We have had the platform for a long time but recently upgraded and invested time\resources into performance tuning which made a major improvement in terms of stability and reliability. We spent a great deal of time at the server\OS\JVM level to tune so it is now a better product for us. The vendor is very responsive but I would suggest making sure you have a good relationship manager and point of contact. The user interface for their product is very good and makes the whole partner management work easier. There are thousands of files transmitted daily with great security and control, the support service when necessary reacts very quickly and provides us with all the details necessary to solve the problems. We are constantly invited to meetings, lectures and courses that always bring us a lot of innovation allowing us to always be in contact with the newest in the market in terms of information technology and services.
