Documents delivered to Convene cannot be extracted from the Client application - even the screenshot function on the device is disabled. Demonstrating these intuitive security controls to the executives and board members provided them with the level of confidence needed to trust the application with their company data.

The application was expected to provide more remote meeting capabilities beyond the ability to share documents and provide a live whiteboard to share sketches and comments. Remote attendees still require auxiliary audio/video conferencing abilities in order to participate in meetings
