1) Easy to use interface 2) Support team was very nice 3) Price was fair
flexibility and integration with other programs and ease of access
The only things I dislike are getting the systems connected, getting the right people trained, and working to build the right dashboards.
1) Support team struggled to find answers to issues we were experiencing with platform 2) Dashboards difficult to customize and provide valuable data and insights 3) Limited user licenses (more for a fee)
