simple GUI and great post-sale support
The Backbox is very stable and well-working solution. I haven't experienced any server problem with it so far. The technical support team is the best.
GUI has improved but can be again, documentation also and maybe prices can sometimes be high
there should be better description of various backup types in the user guide
Scheduling configuration is a little bit confusing. But I cannot say complicated.
