We normally use inventory management, product development and quality control.
BatchMaster is a leader mainly on the basis of its ability to follow the material efficiently. Through this system I got the ideal setup for controlling inventory, and could exactly assess the needs for materials of any type of production. This care is a trade-off because it lessens the waste and makes sure I always have the right parts with me.
We least use warehousing, scheduling and compliance from this software due to its conflict with other systems in our environment.
BatchMaster does not offer distinctive reporting mechanism and performance metrics. Data analysis to detect trends or identify bottlenecks - this is a challenging task for me since I have to construct customized reports. This could be a reason that I faced a constant struggle to understand their workflow as it felt dated and demanded an excessive number of clicks, decreasing my overall efficiency.
