Infinite Blue - The premier BC/DR tool for YOU!
My overall experience with Infinite Blue has been beyond amazing. Their customer service & technical support are top-notch. They are knowledgeable and patient and very responsive which is important to me because if I am advocating for a user of the BCiC tool, they are usually awaiting results in a very timely manner. In addition, if I have hit a technical snag, I usually need help RIGHT AWAY, and the teams at Infinite Blue do NOT disappoint. But the #1 reason I love Infinite Blue is the people, and their genuine integrity and sincerity and care that they show to their customers. Kind of like one big family, but not the kind with a lot of drama attached to it. Just the good stuff.
