The tool does not require significant training to utilise. Areas can be segmented depending on the audience to give a business unit vs overall company view. It is really helpful through the use of the tool to have the ability to drive ownership of the risks down to business owners rather than the central risk function
The platform is user friendly and intuitive. From an admin standpoint, it is easy to navigate and intuitive to figure out how to add fields on your own. Reporting is great to be able to aggregate data from multiple objects into one report. There is a great network of users of the platform to be able to benchmark other companies and lean on them to learn and potentially drive more innovation to my own organization.

The output analytics should be more illustrative of what best practice is rather than just ending up repeating the historic output. For us the resource planning capability did not suit our needs so we could not have a fully integrated solution. Not a fault of the software but to utilise the capability results in significantly more licences than originally anticipated.
creating reports with data from different objects can sometimes be a bit cumbersome. When opening support cases, if you get different support people that don't understand how your tool is built, it can take longer to resolve issues. When they rollout out new features they charge for them instead of rolling them into the existing services that companies get (ex: AI)
