For example, I was hoping for better API level triggers or more granular data I could pipe into my deployment schedules. Instead, I often get a summarized answer that's a bit too vague for hard planning. I still find myself double checking the raw shipping manifests or procurement logs sometimes because I can’t risk a crew showing up to a site for a delivery that hasn’t cleared yet. It's a helpful shortcut for visibility, but I wouldn't call it a "set and forget" type of tool for ops planning yet.

Forecasting and spend analytics capabilities give greater visibility and allow for faster decisions with less manual effort. “I also found the contract review and compliance monitoring capabilities useful for reducing risk and improving accuracy.” Supplier management is simplified, and AI-driven automation saves a lot of operational time.

Aerchain has simplified how we handle procurement internally. The platform brings structure to what was previously a fragmented process - approvals, purchase orders, and supplier interactions are now centralized and easier to track. Onboarding took some adjustment, but day-to-day usage has been straightforward for most of the team.

My overall experience with this provider has been positive, although not without some critical issues. The product has proven functionally solid and quite reliable over time, especially in the core activities for which we chose it. After an initial adaptation phase, we were able to integrate it into our processes without excessive disruption. What I appreciated most was the feeling that the product was designed by someone who truly understands the problem it seeks to solve. It's not perfect, but it's practical and proves very useful in everyday life.

My overall experience with Pactum AI has been very positive. the platform has helped us automate supplier negotiations, reduce manual effort, and uncover value in long tail contracts that would otherwise be difficult to manage at scale. It works especially well for standardized procurement workflows and gives the team more time to focus on strategic relationships. The main trade off is that it requires clear process design and good data to get the best results.
