Beeline VMS is the best vendor management system. It plays an important role in the recruitment process. You can check open jobs, hold jobs and new jobs along with the job description and the status of submitted candidates. It also helps with contingent workforce strategies, negotiating better rates with vendors, and improving overall efficiency. It offers robust reporting and analytics capabilities.
1-This was not user friendly (IE: beginners) 2-Our data did not always sync on time 3-There were glitches where time sheets were sent multiple times
1. Complex navigation can take time for users to get their hands on and learn to find answers. 2. Reporting module is confusing and difficult to use. 3. Application freezes and lags when user load is high.
I never found anything to be disliked.

Support teams are helpful. It is also very good for high volume and large organizations. At the same time, users will have to invest time and effort to learn the complex features.
