Based on my usage I have mixed reviews. Few things like onboarding, time sheet management, compliance tracking, and very effective for contractor hiring and management. It is visually appealing. Support teams are helpful. It is also very good for high volume and large organizations. At the same time, users will have to invest time and effort to learn the complex features. Reporting module is confusing and difficult to use. Starts lagging or freezing when traffic is heavy.
