Performance of Bell Mobility Across Market Features
Bell Mobility Likes & Dislikes
Countrywide best and most reliable network coverage up to 5G A wide range of free add-on services such as enhanced visual voicemail, flex roaming, shared data pool
Great prices provided by Bell. We like the fact that we can manage our employees' data usage through an easy to use interface that several administrators can access. We are also able to assign unique numbers when onboarding employees quickly and they find the voicemail set up familiar.
best customer response team , easy to manage your location connectivity and bills with a centralized portal .
Technical support and customer service is so often hard to get Long term engagement to access some basic features, plans are generally 2 to 3 years term Billing has to be double checked every cycle as errors and hidden fees could happen
We have had some issues with some roaming issues where our employees need to manually enable a roaming agreement by sending a text message to Bell. There is no automatic enable for us on the back end, this takes time. There are also some inconsistent issues with telephony performance when routing through our networks.
never came across any hiccups with the service

Pricing is excellent but there are some issues that don't make it a ready service
BCE was able to remain competitive but their implementation and continued support are left to be desired.
