The platform is accessible on both desktop and phone app which is wonderful for off site purchasing. Our individual account rep is knowledgeable and looks out for our company. Our plan serves our company well for what we need.
Reasonable portal for operational users to login and do the tasks they need to support customers.
The variety of plans available cater to many different needs and budgets. Their online service is excellent, making it easy to manage our account and resolve issues without needing to call customer support frequently.
I dislike that the best deals require an over 2 year payment plan. Again, a construction company sometimes struggles with being hard on equipment. When adding a line, sometimes the waters are muddy when deciphering the exact plan as the names are so similar. The pricing is expensive per line for the phones. With the number of devices we have on the plan I wish there was a 'bulk' discount.
Portal is focuses on the enterprise / direct customer, needs more refinement around for the MSP side
The plans can be quite pricy. However, this isn't a major issue because the quality of service justifies the expense. You truly get what you pay for.
