BitSight is honestly underwhelming for the price. In my opinion I feel that customers would get much more bang for our buck if BitSight had an annual summit or conference. More dedicated customer success managers that talk to customers on a monthly basis would be a huge benefit to customers to ensure that we are getting the most out of BitSight. This would provide BitSight with invaluable feedback from their customers and give insight on how different businesses are using their services, which they could pass along to customers.
