I like the reporting the most
The team were always available and ready to help. I don't think there was ever a time when I didn't get an answer to my question on the same day I asked it.
It does not give us alerts when the rating is about to drop, only after it drops. The rating is a big thing we monitor so we would like to know in advance so we can make a change prior to the drop.
I dislike that we don't talk to a BitSight rep regularly.

VRM/BitSight Cyber Risk Mgmt has been a foundational element of our Supplier Cyber Risk Program, vendor due diligence and remediation processes. I am able to easily generate status and metrics for internal dashboards using the APIs and can quickly produce reports to share with stakeholders and auditors to confirm progress is being made. In addition, it serves as a useful repository for key cyber attestations and other key documents which directly support remediation decisions. I appreciate the flexibility of using the built-in scoring system as well as being able to customize the trust score based on the weighting and requirements of my choosing. Scalability is another key consideration and expanding the capabilities to cover more vendors/suppliers is a breeze - including the platform remembering if you have added and previously deleted a supplier and all its metadata. As the integration between this platform and BitSight Continuous Monitoring continues, I expect to derive additional value and efficiencies.
