It's a very good product really in line with our needs - fully collaborative platform, flexible and "easy to sell" to the end-users. Pro-active customer success team and customer focused service team even though it wasn't easy to get a good & available consultant at the beginning

Not fit for purpose as enterprise consolidation & planning system. Beware, the end product is a long way away from what's sold in pre-sales. Board as an application is a 'toolkit' as opposed to a 'template' offered by other solutions. Whilst this flexibility can be seen as a strength, it requires almost complete customisation which puts significant pressure on the quality of the implementation team to come up with solutions as opposed to following tried and tested best practice and introduces a major risk and disastrous consequences when implemented poorly. The pre-sales team significantly oversold the capabilities of the application - ensure you speak to multiple customers of similar size to your organisation prior to signing a contract. Multiple modules sold as one application but in fact disconnected modules with no pre-configured integration between them. Consolidation times of >90 minutes for a single period. Would not recommend under any circumstances.
