- An element for each department (Marketing, Sales, CS) - The ease of use and feels like AI made simple - The ability to easily provide feedback for improvements and you see those improvements be made
Some of the positive strengths are the ease of use, its clean, intuitive interface, and it makes adoption and daily use fairly simple.
Advanced data enrichment with more than 35 attributes. Identifies high-fit accounts for buyer intent detection. Conversation workflows are good.
- Pricing structure is changing - Some of the areas need to be improved / don't feel like common-sense is being used - Sometimes feels like you're going around in circles rather than the AI learning from the info you feed it
Some issues include the limited customization available, some of the reporting capabilities and that some of the reporting seems to run slowly, especially with larger data sets.
Pricing is expensive compared to alternatives available in the market. Sometimes it feels there is data and integration gap, no longer provides LinkedIn Bios. Sometimes data enrichment is patchy.
