1. Marvelous customer support teams, with lowest query resolution time, troubleshooting, trainings and offering interesting solutions to the customer issues. Support is perpetually eager to know their improvement areas which brings delight to the entire user/customer experience. 2. Platform and user interface is intuitive, simple and helps collate all the information at one place. Setting up is easy that provides equal degree of ease in pre and post implementation phases. 3. Use of AWS as hosting partner ensures top notch security and performance. 4. Automated invoice review feature enables company to do everything with their legal spending and reduces expenses and streamlines legal operations management emerging from inside and outside counsel areas of the company. 5. AI engine is empowered and decrypts the descriptive complex legal texts into an easy structured format and churns out fresh insights. Language analysis feature is too good. It reads the lines in the invoices and marks out violations, overcharges etc. This feature needs lowest setup or implementation time.
Implementation was a bit rushed, but I also understand they were trying to stay on time of the project timeline. I wish the system would notify me when a reviewer makes comments on an invoice.
1. Not very important, but machine learning and AI implementation within the tool could be extended to accommodate more languages 2. Training material is good although it can be upgraded to best. Here the focus has to be laid on how to integrate with existing systems in the organization. Also, this would help gain more understanding on variables and preliminary settings in the lower durations 3. Complexities around export functionalities can be reduced drastically 4. Accruals can be captured in a better format
